These terms describe participation on LVJBR.com and TreasureHoards.com. Questions and requests can be sent privately to [email protected]. The sites are independent community projects.

Independent information and third-party hunts

LVJBR is an unofficial fan site and is not affiliated with 96.3 KKLZ. Treasure Hoards is an independent directory and community. Our own community sponsors are identified separately from a listed hunt's organizers and sponsors.

We share information, reported clues, historical records and community discussion. Some records are incomplete, approximate, outdated or unverified. A theory, map marker, poll result or AI-generated answer is not an official clue or a guarantee that treasure is present.

The relevant organizer's current official rules govern its contest, eligibility, entry requirements, dates, prizes and claims. Check the organizer before buying, travelling or acting on a report. Historical rules are identified as historical and do not establish current terms. These community terms are not official rules for KKLZ's contest or for any separate prize promotion operated by us.

Community conduct

Be respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, scams, spam, private personal information, illegal material or sexual content involving minors. Do not publish intimate imagery without the depicted person's consent. Do not impersonate an organizer, another hunter or a moderator.

Label interpretations as theories and unverified finds as reports. Credit sources and distinguish quoted material from your own writing. Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not upload copyrighted books, recordings or other protected works without appropriate authorization or another applicable legal basis.

We may review, decline, edit for formatting, restrict or remove content and limit accounts or connections to protect the community, investigate misuse and respond to valid requests. Community tools may be unavailable during maintenance or technical problems.

Your submissions

You retain whatever rights you own in material you submit. By intentionally submitting material for public display, you give the site a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, format, resize where appropriate, display and moderate that submission for operating the site and its community archive. This does not transfer ownership of your work or authorize unrelated resale of it.

Submit only material you own or have authority to license for this use. Consider the privacy of people shown in photographs or mentioned in posts. Captions, display names and credits may appear publicly. Do not put contact details, solver secrets, account credentials or privacy complaints in a public submission.

You can request removal through the private contact above. We will assess the request, applicable rights and any legal preservation needs. Removal from our public pages cannot recall copies already made by other people or external services. Backups may retain earlier versions until replaced under the applicable retention process.

Accounts, games and polls

Keep account passwords and private recovery or solver keys secure. A display name alone is not proof of ownership of a game profile. Browser-based progress depends on the identity mechanism described in the relevant privacy policy; another browser or cleared cookies may start a different profile.

Polls are community opinion. Network-based vote limits can cause people sharing a connection to count as one voter. Technical verification of a puzzle or a poll response does not itself establish eligibility for a third party's contest or a right to its prize. Any separate prize offer must be read with its own published rules.

The sites are not intended for children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child under 13. Purchases and particular activities may have additional age or consent requirements.

Land access and safety

Information on our sites does not grant access to land or permission to dig, move property or retrieve an object. Obtain any required permission and follow closures, posted restrictions, local law and organizer rules. Check weather, terrain and access conditions. A past hiding place or broad regional marker does not establish a safe or lawful route today.

Purchases, links and support

Affiliate relationships are disclosed near relevant recommendations or links. External shops, map services, social platforms and payment providers have separate terms and privacy practices. Review those before using them.

LVJBR merchandise is independent community merchandise. Store transactions are governed by the terms shown by the Hunter Shop at checkout, together with applicable consumer law. Voluntary support is optional and does not buy influence over clues, eligibility or results. See the separate shop and support disclosure.

Limits and updates

We aim to provide useful information but cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability or completeness of every third-party claim or community report. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
